I ordered dinner from Friendly's and the whole thing was simple, which felt like a small win after a long day. The food showed up warm, everything was packed neatly, and there were no spills or missing items.

The delivery was about 10 minutes later than the estimate, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Even the ice cream held up and still tasted good, so I’d definitely order again.

Grabbed takeout from here and it was fine, nothing crazy. The food itself was decent, but the fries went soggy quick, like they just didn’t hold up in the box. Ice cream was actually good though, so that helped. Pickup took a little longer than I expected, not a huge deal, just a bit annoying

The ice cream was really tasty and super creamy, and the flavors tasted fresh. I only knocked off a star because my sundae was already a little melted by the time I got it. It was still good, but if that keeps happening I’d probably start going somewhere else.

We had a good time here, and the kids really felt welcome. It’s a nice, easy place to stop in with the family.

I always end up leaving full. Like, really full. The portions are just huge for me, every single time.

I was happy with my Friendly’s order this time. Everything I asked for was actually included, even the sauces and extra toppings, which doesn’t always happen. Nothing was missing, so it made the whole meal a lot more enjoyable.

I was surprised by how many options were on the menu. You can pretty much find something for whatever you’re in the mood for, which makes it a great spot if everyone in your group wants something different

I’ve ordered from Friendly’s quite a few times now, it’s usually a solid experience. The food comes out pretty much how I expect it to, the ice cream is always good, and the staff is friendly enough. It’s not perfect every single visit, and sometimes it can be a little slow, but nothing that really ruins the meal. I like that it feels reliable whenever we go.

The main thing for me is the price. It just feels a little high for what you get now, especially once you add kids meals and dessert. I don’t mind paying, but yeeah, I wish the portions were better or they had a few more deals.

I stopped by Friendly’s with my kids last weekend, i thought it was a pleasant visit. The place looked clean when we walked in, which is something I always notice right away. The tables were wiped down, and the floor wasn’t covered in crumbs or food, so that made a good first impression for me.
The bathroom was fine too. In my opinion, it wasn’t spotless or anything, but it was definitely better than what I’ve seen at a lot of other restaurants. The only thing I noticed was that they could’ve used a few more paper towels in there.
The staff seemed friendly, and our booth area felt comfortable enough for a casual meal with the kids. I’d give it 4 stars because, from my experience, it was clean overall and easy to enjoy, even though a couple of small things could still be improved.

I really liked this place, it was feeling cozy and chill. It is got a little noisy at times, but I still enjoyed it and would come back.

I’ve used friendlys.com a few times now , and so far the things I wanted were actually in stock . That might sound basic , but it’s nice not having to click around forever just to find out something isn’t available .

I’ve been using Friendly’s rewards for a little while now, i kind of regret not paying attention to it sooner. The coupons show up regularly, and they’ve made it way easier to take the kids out for ice cream or dinner without feeling like I’m spending too much.
It’s nothing complicated or flashy, which I actually appreciate. The offers are right there on the site or in the emails, so I don’t have to dig around for them. I’ve already saved a few bucks here and there, and now I’d feel silly going without checking first
